Aaron Ledesma

Aaron Ledesma was an infielder for the Mets in 1995. He played in 21 games with the team. Ledesma had eight singles and three runs batted in as a Met.
Ledesma joined the Mets from their AAA-level team in Norfolk during the ’95 season. At Shea Stadium on July 2, he singled in his first major league at bat in the Mets’ 4-1 loss to the Reds. Aaron singled three times and drove in a run in the Mets’ 9-8 win at Pittsburgh on July 7. He also had a run-scoring single in an 8-5 Mets defeat at Colorado on July 23.
In 1996, Ledesma was traded to the Angels. He played one season in the California minor league system and for the Orioles in 1997. Aaron spent two years with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and the 2000 season with the Rockies. He also played for the Long Island Ducks of the independent Atlantic League in 2002.
Ledesma became the manager of the Yankees’ A-level team in Charleston, South Carolina in 2011.
