At Atlanta on August 14, he struck out five batters in four innings of shutout relief for the win in an 18-5 Mets romp over the Braves. Andy continued to pitch for the Angels through the end of the 1983 season. He then pitched in 13 games over two seasons with the Cardinals to conclude his career.
